The application of a multidisciplinary approach to identify SARS-CoV-2 MPro inhibitors
In order to identify ligands and assess stability in the active site, computational techniques such as molecular docking and molecular dynamics are employed, alongside enzymatic kinetics assays and X-ray crystallography.
Among the methodologies employed are heterologous gene expression, protein purification, proteomics, and cell culture.
